I didn't realise it was year before last. It is a pity that one of the originals can't be "re-moulded" Thought i would chuck in a really hard photo - this is a bay about 1km out of town. Travel past the golf club and through a very narrow sandy track to "free camp" What is the name of the town - but don't worry, though, i will post a better photo soon. Cheers. Phil.

Could be one of a million spots along any coast in Australia. What we would need is a land mark.

G'day Dave. I almost gave you the clue of all times but at the last minute i renamed the photo (for when you do a "save picture as". So, a landmark coming up. Oh, wait, one more picture of the campsite which i meant to post with the first one - shows a headland where i stood for the next shot. And where i stood Oh, allright, here is the town. Cheers. Phil.

G'day Dave. I decided to look up places named either by or for Cap'n Cook and was surprised to see so many. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_places_named_by_James_CookWent to check out his cottage in Victoria somewhere once as well and was also surprised to discover i couldn't fit in the doorway. Cheers. Phil

Gidday Philouise, and yep I'm still around. Visited Cooktown back in 2000. We were running a resort in Cairns at the time, and borrowed a mate's fourby, as the road was still a fair bit of mush. I knew the Val wouldn't make it. Yep went up to the hill and of course a great view. Windy as usual. We have visited 1770 and Agnes Waters a few times and the view from the hill at 1770, is very similiar and as spectacular. If you want to check out our blog, it is there somewhere. My turn aye. If I could just remember how to work photo bucket, I'd have a go. I will have a think about that one. Cheers & beers vkgreenie

I'll sit this one out as well, because I'm stuffed if I know... I didn't know the one from Phil either, so my losing streak is getting longer than my recent winning streak (of 1 in a row ;D ). I don't suppose this one is related to that Fluffy crocodile by any chance? [No??...damn!]Gees I hope that Shane fella doesn't get this one. cheers, Al.

Yaaaaaaa!! Bobandjacqui you are exactly right Great part of the world. So many beaches to discover within the Eurobedalla Nation Park. A mate of ours lives at Moruya and they call the council there, which has the same name...."Rob Ya Dollar" Hard to find that national park turn off, but a fantastic place to visit. Cheers & beers vkgreenie
