Hi all I am a newbie here this is my new pride and joy i picked up today for $700 it needs work on the inside of the roof and just a general tidy up Its got reg and tows really well. G'day Darren, and welcome to the forum! Good grief!...$700??!! You would have to be a certain starter in the "Bargain of the Month" award!!!  Crikey, the new canvas on its own would be worth $700!  Do us a favour and let us know if the camper has a chassis number on the front drawbar somewhere. Then we can include it in the heading for this thread. Have you had a look through our Museum section and seen the limited amount of info we have on the ACT campers? ACT Camperscheers, Al. |

Yep you read it right Donna and thank you. It needs work on the sides of the roof as all the ply in between the skin is cactus so me thinks i will make a new one. I will post pics soon Cheers Darren

Hi,
I am a newby. I have also purchased the same camper as you. The canvas bed ends are new but the rest needs to be replaced. We have the same problem with the roof and would love to know your progress and how you went about repairing it. Will be great to have a update when you can, or anyone else who may have been through similar thing. Thanks in advance Lauren.

Hi people,
I didnt know there was another ACT thread.
In the ye old museum section we have an ACT thread of about 7 pages with a lot of info.
I have just rebuilt the sides of my roof & are writing up how I did it on the other thread. Hope to see you all posting there.
