G'day Peter, Wow!! What an amazing difference! You've certainly done a great job on the inside. It's as good as a penthouse suite in a swanky block of apartments. Well done! ;D Are you sure a cheap generator is good enough to go with the van? I reckon you deserve something with a Rolls Royce sticker on it. cheers, Al.

That is awesome, you've done an amazing job. I'm curious, how much does doing this sort of thing cost? I understand that there would be a lot of variable as to quality of products extra, but maybe just a ball park figure...... cheers Donna

;D Hooray chesney passed r.w.c and also transport inspection and is now a fully fledged road going queens lander . Have also been busy and have had all 240 volt sockets and switches installed ,so it will not be long now . Wagon has had full new exhaust system and h/duty tow bar fitted,will post photos when we have more to show regards Peterg

I am new to this site but we are doing a very similar job as you on the same model van. have pics on the vintage site under margras chesney. my van seems to have the door a bit further back because it had a bed up front and it is 19'6 on the body.

Can I ask a question I have a chesney that we are restoring and my roof isn't dead flat it has some raised parts I just wanna know if it's meant to be flat before I put the roof lining back up thx again going by you paper pic it's a 1969 dual wheel aluminium frame
