Help with Franklin window seals and latches

Hi Everyone,
Having finished the poptop and van roof repairs, to my 14 foot 1974 Franklin. I have now started on preparing to paint the front and rear of the van. I have sanded both areas; however before proceeding any more, I need to repair some timber rot in the lower rear section of the van. My biggest problem is locating rubber seals for the windows, and obtaining some latch parts for them. Any advice with the window repairs would be greatly appreciated.

What type of windows John? My ‘76 Franklin Arrow had the Australite windows - parts are still readily available for these. Check out Caravans Plus - www.caravansplus.com.au/external/windows/parts/australite/ - these the style you have?

Sorry for the late posting. I have got out of trouble with your help, thank you. 1, Window rubbers purchased from Vintage Caravan Spares. 2, Strip Caulking Tape behind window frame from Caravans Plus. 3, 8mm dust seal behind window from China.

P.S. Any idea who I could contact about having the Franklin metal signs restored by. ( chromed and repainted)

Hi mate, not sure about restoring the old ones, I cleaned mine up as best I could then repainted the inside bits with some enamel paint. There is a person 3D printing new ones, check out this thread - ditzygypsy.proboards.com/thread/4520/replicated-60s-70s-viscount-badges

They were doing some Franklin badges at one point.
