I'm nowhere near an expert on Viscounts, but the warranty card may not correspond with manufacture date. The van may have sat in the dealers yard for a while prior to purchase.

It is a fantastic looking van, I'm only an hour from Bendigo and would definitely have had a look if I'd seen it advertised.
