Wow, that's a fair bit done already. What sort of time frame did it take to strip? Can't wait to see the built - love it.

That would have taken 1 day non stop but I took my time with it and had a few breaks and did other things.

Chassis is cleaned up the best I could get it. Im going to ormonoid it the axle and brakes will be next thats going to be a bit of a challenge. This van never came with a water tank any of you fine people got any tips or tricks for getting one setup with a water pump? I wont be doing the 12 volt on this van just 240v any tips on what I would need to install a shower? I am going to go as light in the materials as I can to compensate for things that I really need like hot water services etc etc have already disposed of the heavy arse fridge for a replacement bar fridge as im just a single guy with no kids it is easy to shed some weight. I have an idea on how I want the floor plan obviously it isn't to scale but it gives you an idea.

looking good mate, making fast work! What did you cut those wall panels with? Being MDF I assume it would need to be a fine blade on a jigsaw or something? I just bought some of that stuff for my ceiling (going to paint it) because I couldnt find 3 ply anywhere.

That's 3 ply from Gunnersons isn't it? MDF is a big no no on caravans as its a big sponge and moisture just kills it. It's made for inside your house where it never sees moisture.
