G'day all. This is my latest buy.
I forgot to take pics of the interior sorry. That'll be my next job for you all. It's a bit tatty with a few adds and alts done in the past but it should clean up OK. After a few trips away I'm sure we will find what else needs fixing and what needs replacing. Just have to have a decent shake down.
The exterior has been painted by brush so there will be a fair bit of work to be done before I can repaint. The overall look of the van will be kept as original as possible in keeping the retro look I'm after as my tow car is a 1974 Leyland P76. I'll paint stripes along the sides of the van in the same colour the Leyland is. Corinthian Blue if anyone knows the colour.
Cheers Steiny.

Nice buy! Look forward to seeing how you tackle the hand brushed/painted exterior. I have the same issue with my Viscount which looks good from a distance...but really needs a respray.

Nice one. I've got the same model/size. They are fantastic little vans.

G'day Deeva.
So the race is on!! Nah, only joking. With all the projects I've got on the go it's going to be a slow transformation. I'll just get it to a usable condition first and figure out what needs to be done over a few weekends away. As it happens, we're off to Old Dadswells Town today (halfway between Horsham and Stawell) to check out the Vintage Caravaners that are staying there this weekend. Cheers.
