That’s one sweet van! Agree it should tow beautifully - not sure why they don’t make them like that any more, would be heaps more stable than most. 👍

Hi almezz, fantastic news on the new Hallmark and thank you for your kind words about my grandfather. I have been going through hours of footage my grandfather had recorded over the years and stumbled upon a video of the factory in Carrum Downs and a short tour of one of the vans. I hope you enjoy it and will see if I can find anymore videos for you all. youtu.be/7dVgC9dtdr8Cheers Curt

My god he knows his stuff. He told me that they only built about 1000 vans and never had ONE warranty claim. The only repair he ever did is on vans damaged in accidents. He also told me a story about his dad towing a 20 footer along the gun barrel highway behind a ford bronco for testing purposes . The bronco sheered 3 wheelnuts, lost the bull bar and spotties through metal fatigue and almost lost the second fuel tank off it but the van only had one crack in the timber lining that was fixed by placing another her piece of timber behind it to strengthen it. Now that’s a van!!!! We towed ours back from Tea Gardens on Sunday and wow!!!! I’ve never towed a van behind my car like it. Not one bit of sway, snaking or uncomfortable driving. All the way down the M1 on cruise control sitting on 110kph without a care in the world. Say hi to your dad and also thanks for the footage. If you could find anything else that would be great Cheers Al and Jo

Hi Everyone, I found this thread while researching my grandparents van which sadly are now selling due to them passing away. I believe it is a 24ft Hallmark and wondering if anyone has any extra info on it. It doesn’t have a year on it but looks 70s with its orange and brown interior. It has two single beds up the front and an island double up the back. We have no clue what price to ask for it so any advice would be great. Thanks
