Hey there Atog Apart from Mopar Market have a look at: Queensland Chryslers: www.queenslandchryslers.comChrysler Owners Club: www.chrysler.gil.comHemi SixPack: www.hemi6pack.comQueensland Valiant Spares: www.valiantspares.com.auQueensland Valiant Spares is where I get all my parts, and are shipped up overnight, no matter where we are. :-*Good service ;D ;D ;D The PV might be an issue these days., as well as Chargers On one of our "tours of duty" up your way, I noticed a fully restored VG couple....black in colour. Beautiful motor car, and would put a horn on a jellyfish it would Hit the frog & toad next Saturday for a three week adventure to who knows where. The Retroliner is all up to speed and the Val...well what more can I say about the mighty VK. Did a slight mod to the back seat........well we removed it. Put our outside table for the Retroliner across the tail shaft hump, supported by the annex bags...had a 12volt ciggy attachment fitted and bingo, the new 40lt Engel fridge sits in their perfectly. Plug 'er in, and icy cold anything while traveling. Plus there is enough room there also for the Baby Q, and all stapped in with the standard seat belts, so they won't fly around and hit us on the nogg'n. Ahhhhhh don't ya luv it ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Cheers & naked blondes vkgreenie theretroroamers.blogspot.com

Thought I would post this for you Atog. It is the car I learned to drive in and served as our family car (and from the mirrors), our tow tug for mum and dad's 18 ft Millard when we went on holidays. For the record, it's a 1970 (I think), Pacer with a 245 Hemi hooked to a 3 speed floor shift.

Never seen a Pacer station wagon. I remember that when we had the Pacer my uncle had a red 2 door Pacer with a 225 in it. He has now moved on to a Charger which he has almost finished. Has been doing a complete strip and rebuild for the last couple of years. It is looking really good. I'll try to get some photo's of it when it's finished

Hmm that's interesting info olfart's. My memory may well be slipping but I'm sure it had 225 on it. The pin striping on both my parents and my uncles cars went down the side and across the boot lid, there was a circle cut out where the pinstripe went up and over the boot and it had the numbers in it. Mum and dad's had 245 and my uncles had 225 I thought. Maybe it was a Pacer look alike that someone had done up?

No worrys, the Pacer with the stripe up the side and over the boot lid would have been a VG 245 (A88Mod Pack),like this one yellow one:- The other stripes they had was the poverty pack which had what is called the "Hockey Stick" stripes like the white one:- Side by side, you can see how the stripes are different .The blue Pacer is a VF and only came out in these stripes. No VF Pacer was made in a two door:- VG 245 two door Pacer:- GO HARD. GO HEMI. or GO HOME !! If it had numbers in a circle it was definitely a 245 Hemi VG Pacer,as the VF Pacer had PACER 225 at the bottom of the front guards and boot lid. 225 Pacer was a slant 6. 245 Pacer was a HEMI Dave

Must be my dodgy memory at fault then olfarts. I could also very well be confusing my uncles cars. He has had a range of Pacers and Chargers. He had a 2 door Pacer, a 4 door Pacer, his Charger and he also bought some special model Charger but it was too far gone to restore (an RT or something??). Do me a favour though and don't tell my wife you proved me wrong, I already get enough of being wrong from my conversations with her (even when I can prove I'm right, somehow I'm wrong, lol).
