way down 'ere in Mexico rules about number plate and tail light heights have been in place since Adam was a boy.. long before them flashie things.. oooh there is a maximum height for you goose kneck too..

1.3m max above road height is heaps, the standard fitting on the old Franklin is 800mm ish mid plate.
