Need advice i am putting a shower into my 17 ft viscount by tossing the cooker and using that space for a fridge leaving me 70 cm of shower space i would like to know what to seal the board with before painting i will be using a full gloss thanks

If you are keeping it long term i would sand the board 240grit then apply a light glass 200gsm woven mat (looks like flyscreen)putting in a bit of white or chosen colour pigment that will not affect wetting the matt, then finish with screeding a thicker white or whatever your finish colour, pigment resin mix. * Allow to set for a week or so then polish with a buffer & very fine polish This will be minimal weight and waterproof whateversort of porous original board is there & will never need any more than a nice wipe down. Gloss paint over time will peel even with carefull chamois & drying the cubicle each time. If you have glass resin and colour you may wish to also lay up the other walls & create a custom shower base to suit, using a male mold being a one off? * Only do this step once all bonding/glassing of the finished cubicle has been done.
