My Millard didnt come with a front window protection screen as per photo: I dont know the design or whats required to have one. Does anyone have some pics that show me the set up so perhaps i can make one? How important are they, ie likelyhood of stone breaking glass?

Ditto , me to, I was just about to ask the same question.
Looking at your image you dont, like me have any evidence of screw downs, may be they were an accessory?
PS: whats hiding under the tarp?

Hi mate, this is the previous owners front yard so cant remember what it was under there. Nothing to indicate any use of a screen beforehand, so I am miffed.

G'day tasmillard, A couple of links that may or may not be useful... The first link shows the work I did when I refurbished the weathershield on my old Millard poptop. The second link shows how I had to overcome a problem with a bow in the front frame, when trying to refit the weathershield hinge. The photos in those links should give you an idea of the additional bits required for the weathershield to fit on the front of the van. cheers, Al.

Took a photo of the front window, top frame section. Is this the correct setup for the windshield frame?
