Hi all,
I am going to attempt to replace a couple of cracked windows on my van on my next working bee and have discovered I am able to replace the glazing wedge and dust seal (thanks to caravans plus) but was wondering whether the window sills (plastic edging that the window sits within) can be replaced? Mine have all gone yellowish, are really wonky and half have been painted over. When you start applying paint to anything, other things start looking old/tired. The same principle applies at home! It’s a never ending saga! haha

They sure can. I got mine from Camec, they sell the thiner window sills for the side windows and the thicker ones for the end windows.

As an update, I am going to camec on Saturday to see what they have. I'll be a little annoyed if these edges cant be replaced, considering I have bought a lot of new window parts from caravans plus! A new edging would really tidy up my windows!

Just to confirm, these are what I am talking about... awb I replaced a few of those on our van (the originals were aluminium, but replacements are plastic). Not sure where you are but I sourced them from Carac in Dandenong, Victoria. From memory (it was about 3 years ago), they were available in a couple of widths. Planner

Thanks for the ongoing replies. I was in luck at camec. They were able to order me a length (that I paid for) as a test to see if they would work as they were a couple of mm in width different to factory. They seem to fit fine so will be ordering quite a few metres now. Ill post a pic of the replacement piece over the weekend.
